    Clean rooms in a calm environment provided a decent base for exploring. The proximity to various shops and restaurants added convenience to the stay.

    Despite the positive aspects, a few drawbacks stood out, the lack of soundproofing between rooms created some discomfort, and the wifi didn't work reliably, making it hard to connect in the room. Additionally, ants in one bathroom and a troublesome shower head detracted from the experience, along with a limited breakfast option that only offered coffee and a stale croissant when power issues arose.

    my stay at B&B residenza gregorio VII was, let's say, far from spectacular. the shower leaks everywhere, and the bed was as hard as a rock. honestly, I expected a welcome gift for enduring that. but I guess being pampered like this is just a distant dream now.     Couple's Perfect Hideaway

    The staff was super responsive! I had questions before arriving and got quick answers every time! The coffee at the start of the day was a nice touch, pouring a big cup while sitting on the terrace before heading out was exactly what we needed.

    It wasn't cheap but definitely worth the money for the experience we had.
